The stronger students of one of my third year Mathematics classes were given the opportunity to explain solving algebraic equations to the class. This effort
was done to help students gain confidence in their ability. It was also done
to give students an idea of what their potential could be as leaders and even

introduction to weight training with a number of thirds (males) who seem
enthusiastic about physical exercise. I demonstrated different exercises for
